On my evening walk, two boys approached me from behind on their bikes. One of the chains slipped and the pedal hit the boy in the leg.
I said, “Are you ok?”
He said, “Yeah.”
After a while, two young women were coming towards me pushing a cat in a stroller. When they saw me they crossed to the other side of the road.
I stopped and gave my friend Cooper the Dog a treat.
Another woman a bit further on said, “Hello.”
I said, “Hello, how are you.”
Then I said, “It’s too hot for June.”
A girl came towards me on her bike and went on past me.
After about 3 kilometers a woman approached me and said, “Hi, how are you?”
I said, “How are you this evening?”
Then I got to the end and turned around to come back. The last woman was coming towards me again.
She said, “Hello again.”
I said, “It’s a bit warm for June innit?”
She said, “It’s only going to get worse.”
I said, “Great.”
After a while, two young women approached and I said, “Good evening ladies.”
Then a man came towards me and I said, “How you doin?”
He grunted.
Then I was home.
